Alterations and extension to a ground floor and basement flat in a Grade B listed terrace in the West End of Glasgow. Internal alterations included extensive structural works to form an open-plan kitchen/dining area at the lower level and a new bathroom with storage over at ground level. An existing rear extension was demolished to make way for a new sandstone and lead clad sun-room opening onto the garden to the rear of the property. Patent glazing was introduced at the junction between the extension and the existing building to allow light back into the rear facing basement rooms.
