St Vincent Plaza was the largest speculative office development underway outside Central London, with floor plates of 17,000 sqft.
The linear office block has a central core and flexible floor plate, capable of several letting options with an efficient net to gross ratio. Another aspect of the scheme was the inclusion of a new pedestrian street linking St Vincent Street to William Street with high quality public realm. The building was designed to the highest Grade A standards and achieved BREEAM Excellent.
