What we do at the Denholm Partnership is all about relationships. Our projects are delivered successfully because we communicate well and work closely with our clients, their contractors, the planners and with each other.
All of our buildings aim to explore and express design and materials which are sympathetic to and fit within the rural Scottish landscape whilst responding to the evolving needs of modern living. We place great emphasis on trying to find the ideal solution for a clients needs whilst being aware of financial considerations and opportunities.
Since the practice was formed in 1988 our reputation in the bespoke housing market has been forged through the quality of our designs and attention to detail.
The practice has also worked on a variety of commercial building projects. For many years we have worked with Crieff Hydro Hotel on a large number of projects including the Big Country childrens club, the development of self-catering lodges throughout their estate and more recently their new entrance and reception building. We also work with international company Club La Costa World Hotels and Resorts on a variety of self-catering and shared-ownership holiday accommodation projects throughout the UK.
Other one-off projects include the Nelson Stand at Perth Racecourse, Comrie Medical Centre, and the clubhouse at Crieff Golf Club.
Over the years we have established good working relationships with a large and growing number of country estates throughout Scotland. Working with our clients on a variety of projects from castles to shooting lodges, game larders to keepers cottages, our designs aim to assist in enhancing estate values, organisation and long-term efficiencies.
