Wembley Point is a landmark building which dominates the skyline on the North Circular at Wembley. Architecturally it is an interesting example of modernist architecture but has outlived it's useful life as an office building and is in a serious state of repair. The project is to convert this 20 storey tower to a Hilton branded hotel. Due to the deterioration of the concrete faade a complete rebuilding of the external walls is required. The design solution gives the building a fresh contemporary image but retaining the integrity of the original design.
