Extra Care Housing and Associated Terrace + Riverside Housing

This project provided an essential addition to the townscape of Renton. A 40no. flatted complex with in house wardens, catering facilities, dining area and conservatory formed this Extra Care facility providing a much needed resource the elderly and vunerable in the area. Located in the centre of the town the building forms a vital part of the regeneration of the area alongside other town centre developments. In addition to the Sheltered Complex the contract called for 11no. social for rent houses. These were formed in 2no. sections of the site, with 5no. terraced house along Burns St and 6no. split level houses looking out over the rivers edge on Riverside Terrace.
