Ardgay Regeneration Project

CH Architecture Ltd

The Ardgay regeneration project includes the design of a masterplan which has transformed the derelict centre of the village by creating a new landscaped square, restoring a disused barn to form a suite of offices, creating four new affordable houses and rebuilding a tin roofed shed to provide much needed storage facilities. With the exception of the housing, which has been delivered by others, the masterplan and historic restoration have been conceived and executed by CH Architecture working in partnership with the local Development Trust. On completion of the project CH Architecture will relocate to one of the serviced office in the barn
