The Salvation Army Hall, Clouden Road, Cumbernauld

C & S Architects

The works comprised alteration and extension of the existing Corps Hall accommodating the expanding congregation and their extended mission in Cumbernauld. The existing building was extensively refurbished and remodelled while a new entrance hall and worship were added. The new worship hall was designed to accommodate up to 150 seats for worship while also being flexible in use with a moveable platform and an acoustic separating partition to permit the room to be split into two separate spaces. A second phase to complete the landscaping and create an external, childrens play area are also planned.
