The demolition of a 1960's dilapidated, roughcast Beadles' House and Church Hall and development of 4 newbuild town houses, within the grounds of Grade B listed Chalmers Church. The design is simple in form and links to the existing buildings are achieved through the detailing and material qualities. The design is simple and symmetrical; the Central bay echoes the existing church Hall with a parapet gable arrangement. The bookend gable elevation facing the main street is fully clad in heavy sandstone punctured by a glazed box, affording views southward onto the main street and Stirling Castle.
