The site occupies the south end of a prominent urban block within the historic centre of Gdansk. The development is an important and historical gateway to the Old Town of Gdansk, which links to the Long Street and Long Market, and forms a central backdrop to the public realm at Cole Market.
The project delivers a mixed-use scheme comprising of ground floor retail and commercial space, a new 239 bedroom four stars hotel and the 4 storeys office building facing to the Waly Jagiellonskie Avenue. The development will provide a new landmark property in the heart of Gdansk. The new development takes its shape from the strong form of the adjoining 19th century National Bank building. Clad in bronze panels, the new mixed-use building faces the renaissance High Gate and medieval Prison Tower.
