Conversion of a Grade A Listed 6 storey townhouse to form 3no. duplex apartments and a new build Mews House.
The project entailed the complex inter connection of floors to ensure that the front and rear principal rooms were retained to offer a variety of accommodation within the development.
The proposed Mews House is an end gable dwelling to replace previously demolished Mews. The accommodation is provided within a split level plan with accommodation over 5 levels and is proposed to be as open plan as possible ensuring visual connection between floor levels. Amenity space is provided by garden terrace and recessed balcony with a sliding privacy screen.
Natural light is flooded down the central stairwell to all levels by discreet rooflights and glazing.
