Community Projects

Arc Architects Ltd

The CaRB Project was a 2-year community energy-saving project in rural Fife, which won the Best Community Initiative at the Scottish Green Awards. With a Toolkit of 40 measures delivered by trained local people, the project is used as an exemplar by the Energy Saving Trust.

Other community-led projects have included small buildings such as park shelters and the development of projects for community growing areas and to save historic buildings. We often work with local volunteers and in the Tay Landscape Partnership our team included poets, artists, farmers, archaeologists and schoolchildren.
