10 DESIGN has been commissioned to redesign the tower faade to meet the new planning criteria set out by Huafa Group. The tower takes a prominent position as the both the coastal beacon of Zhuhai to Macau and Hengqin Island. The tower is both the anchor and focal point of the waterfront plaza of the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Centre's waterside grand plaza with the Urban Ribbon of the convention centre flowing at its base around. St Regis will welcome its first guests in April 2018
