Seapark House Estate dates back to the 17th Century, and although heavily broken up it still covers an area of appproximately 9 acres in the centre of Kinloss. The B-listed main house is very ruinous and requires complete restoration, but there are also large stables and clock-tower buildings in reasonable condition. Additionally there is a large and intact walled garden area with derelict glasshouses, and 4 acres of woodland zoned for residential development. Finally there are three retail units at street frontage. The brief is to perpare a masterplan for the whole estate, to consider proposals for restoration and reuse of all the buildings, and to assess development options for the walled garden and zoned woodland.
