The City of Edinburgh with its unique combination of the Old and New Towns is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a rich and dramatic context in which to study Architecture.

The distinctive character of the School, established through a merger of the University with Edinburgh College of Art in 2011, draws upon the international reputations of a major, research-intensive University and an historic multi-disciplinary Art School.

Validated degree programmes at both ARB/ RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 offer flexible pathways for the student. In addition, there are non- accredited degrees in Architectural History and Architecture in Creative and Cultural Environments.
