Architectural Technologist

Central Belt

We’re looking for an Architectural Technologist with strong technical skills to join our vibrant, award-winning architects practice. We are based 30 minutes from Glasgow and Stirling and work all over Scotland. We’re a successful and busy RIBA chartered practice. Design-focussed and offering a comprehensive design service from concept through to completion, we work on building styles from traditional to contemporary, with conservation work, commercial buildings and Passivhaus projects on our books, too.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include working within a busy team and following specifications provided by clients to produce designs. You’ll take part in a variety of work, from feasibility right through to developed design and construction. You’ll use Revit on projects to produce high-quality work, applying committed and thorough attention to detail. You’ll arrive with good organisational and communication skills, and be competent to carry out the technical side of our projects.

Our core architectural team is hard-working and creative. We’re open and discuss ideas in the office, where you’ll experience all aspects of a medium-sized practice. It’s a good place to become a more experienced and rounded architectural technologist. We use Revit BIM software, project management software and integrated office management software.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist you will be working predominantly within the residential and conservation sectors on bespoke projects.
