GWP provides continuous investment in technology, systems and software. We operate a fully integrated, digitally networked office environment using the latest AutoDesk Revit Building Suite software. We work with private and public sector clients and have a balanced portfolio of long term and short-term projects including working with the University of St. Andrews, NHS Tayside and major industrial clients linked to the oil and gas industries and fuel dispenser manufacture. We are also currently working on several private housing developments including the redevelopment of a Category 1 Listed Building.
Due to an increase in our current workload we are looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician, Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) and an Architect to join our practice.
Applicants should be:
• HNC or HND in Building/Architectural Technology with 1-2 years post qualification experience.
• Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2 qualified) with a view to development of professional practice leading towards the Part 3 examination.
• Architect with a minimum of 2-3 years post qualification experience.
Applicants should be professional, creative and highly motivated. You will have the opportunity to learn on the job as learning and development are very much part of our culture, as is sharing knowledge, training and support. You should have a good working knowledge of the Scottish Technical Standards and experience in a variety of project types. We require the successful applicants to have working knowledge of software packages including Revit and AutoCAD.
